High Intensity Interval Training
This is a high-intensity interval class using the plyometrics concept... focusing on the lower body, this workout has five sets of movements and one bonus round.
We start with a warm-up that has a few basic exercises, like jumping jacks, that get your body ready for the workout.
Then we jump right into it (literally)... Your body will heat up and those thighs will burn, bringing you the best cardio training on the menu.
